We want our clients to feel like they’ve been transported to a different time. The atmosphere, the elegance, and the artistry of the drinks all come together to craft an experience that feels unique to your event.

We’ll talk about the vision you have for your event, covering the details we’ll need to know to help curate a successful day. We work closely with each of your vendors to ensure a seamless experience because we believe that the best events are built in the details of the planning and preparedness before we even arrive.
If we’re a fit together, we will send over our contract that includes all the logistics and information for your date, as well as a custom proposal that outlines your event. We require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to officially book your event date.
Once you’re booked, we'll send over our client questionnaire to better understand your event vision – this questionnaire will also allow you to select seasonal ingredients for your drinks based on your event date. From here, you can expect menu consultation with open communication an open line of communication throughout the process. We’ll send over our vendor recommendations, any tips & tricks, and we’ll have a menu consultation call, as well as a tasting, about 1-2 months prior to your event date.
It’ll be here before you know it! Your wedding day – we will arrive at least 2 hours early to get everything set up for your event and familiarize ourselves with your vendor team to ensure a smooth event day. You focus on being present with your loved ones, and we'll handle creating an unforgettable experience for your guests!
We get it – budgeting for your wedding is such an important aspect of planning! We want to make sure that we're very open and clear about payments so you know exactly what to expect.
So here's all the info: we require a 35% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance will be split between a midpoint payment and final payment that will happen a couple weeks before your wedding day!
YES! If you're planning a destination wedding or elopement, we would LOVE to travel and capture your special day! We do have additional travel fees associated with destination weddings. If this is what you're looking for, fill out our contact form and let's chat about the details!
The timeline of when you get engaged and start planning your wedding day, to your actual day happening differs for each couple, and we totally understand that! Most of our couples book us between 9-12 months from their wedding day.

It takes time to create art, but just know that the end product will be something that you reminisce over for the rest of your lives! Here's a breakdown of each of our delivery timelines! We always send you a gallery of preview photos within a week after your session/wedding. Here's a further breakdown of full gallery delivery return times:
Photo Sessions: within 1 month
Photo Weddings: within 4-6 weeks
Wedding Video: 2-3 months
You can expect us to be your friends first, and your vendors second. We want you to truly know that we'll be with you every step of the way as your creative team. It's not a "book with me and I'll see you on your wedding day" type of relationship. It's a, "Soak up every little moment of this sweet chapter and I'll be there to capture your memories" type of feeling. Whether you're wanting an intimate, peaceful day or a high-energy party, we'll be there to celebrate you and your love in the best way.
When you step in front of our cameras, we just want you to think of it as a fun date night! This is a chapter you'll want to remember for a lifetime & our job is to make you feel SO comfortable, and so yourselves, that you forget it's even being documented.
So, just expect to be yourselves and we'll take care of the rest.
To ensure we can deliver the best experience possible, we recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance of your event. This allows us ample time to collaborate on every detail and secure the best outcome for your special day. However, if your event is sooner, don't hesitate to reach out—we're always happy to discuss how we can accommodate your timeline.
Short answer, yes, under certain circumstances. Since we don’t allow other vendors to transport or operate our delicate and one-of-a kind pieces, we will need to be present. Please inquire for further information.
Alcohol is charged separately although as a concierge service, we will always source, purchase, store, and prep so that you don’t have to worry about another task on your to-do list. Once we finalize your menu, we will recommend the best spirits and provide a shopping list so you know estimated quantities for budgeting.
We love a good destination party! We consider any location and will build travel right into our proposals.
We calculate signature cocktails according to the proportions of the recipe and guest count so that we can batch and keg the correct amount. Spirits and mixers for the bar are calculated by guest count.
YES! The Ape bar is e-converted so there are no fumes or fluids, plus it’s super quiet and requires only standard power – venues love the Ape bar!
